Sonu AI provides text-to-speech synthesis services using advanced AI models trained specifically for Hindi language processing. Our services include API access, web interface, and voice generation capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits without upgrading
  • Share your API keys with unauthorized parties

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text content you submit. The generated audio files are provided to you under a license that allows personal and commercial use, subject to these terms.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

7. Billing and Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

Sonu AI's technology, models, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sonu AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonu AI from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
