By accessing or utilizing Sonu AI services, website interfaces, or REST API endpoints, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Service
Sonu AI provides neural text-to-speech voice synthesis services tailored specifically for the Hindi language and Devanagari script. Features include web-based script playback, developer API access, and audio generation pipelines.
3. Commercial Rights & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all text scripts you submit. Audio files generated using active paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) include 100% royalty-free commercial rights. You are licensed to monetize generated audio on YouTube, podcasts, audiobooks, video games, broadcast media, and commercial digital products.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Sonu AI platform to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, hate speech, or non-consensual deceptive impersonations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary neural acoustic weights
- Share private API keys across unauthenticated public websites
- Perform automated denial of service attacks against our voice endpoints
5. Service Availability & SLA
We target 99.9% uptime for API services. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. Enterprise agreements include custom uptime SLAs and dedicated failover infrastructure.
