Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, subscribing to our voice services, or contacting support:
- Account details (email address, encrypted password, name)
- API request telemetry and usage analytics for billing
- Device, IP address, and browser information for account authentication and security
- Playground generation analytics, including the server-resolved IP address, event status, timestamp, selected voice, and approximate country derived from our local DB-IP Lite database
2. Processing of Script & Voice Inputs
We practice zero permanent logging of user script text. When you submit Hindi or Devanagari text for voice generation through our website playground or REST API, the text is synthesized in memory in real time to produce the audio stream. We do not store, retain, or share your input text, nor is it used to train public machine learning models.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely to:
- Provide, maintain, and ensure high availability of our neural TTS services
- Verify your account credentials, generate API keys, and monitor usage limits
- Deliver support messages, technical updates, and billing notifications
- Prevent abuse, automated scraping, or denial of service attacks
- Understand Playground usage by counting generation attempts and grouping them by approximate country
4. Data Security
We enforce industry-standard security protocols including TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and robust hashing algorithms for all account credentials. API keys are generated cryptographically and stored securely.
5. Your Rights & Data Control
You retain full rights to:
- Access and review your account details via the Sonu AI Dashboard
- Regenerate or revoke your secret API keys at any time
- Request permanent account deletion and removal of associated logs
